We have installed photovoltaics on the balconies and on the roofs of the apartments. As soon as the sun shines, part of the electricity is fed into the grid in a CO2-neutral way. You can use this optimally if you postpone larger consumptions (e.g. dishwasher) to the sun time.
Our apartments are well insulated, but we still use most time a new Heatpump for heating. If you are out of the house for a longer period of time, we would like to ask you to lower the temperature 1 to 2 degrees.
To ensure that hot water comes out of the pipe promptly, we have a circulation pump. If you want to use warm water please press the button from the switch near the bathroom.
