The cancellation conditions are identical with the web portals. For an extra charge of 10%, cancellations are also possible up to 2 days before arrival. We rent our apartments from 3 nights.
Stays of only 2 nights are possible for an extra charge, but can only be booked by phone or by mail request.
A stay of 3 nights or more can be booked by phone, by mail request or simply through this website.

The prices shown include bed linen, towels and the cultural promotion tax of 5% to the city of Cologne. For guests traveling on business there is the possibility of a refund of the cultural promotion tax. In order to accommodate the allergy sufferers among our guests, pets are not allowed.

Cultural promotion fees of the city of Cologne
Since 01.12.2014, the city of Cologne has levied a charge of 5% of the price of a stay for guests traveling privately.
The money goes to the areas of culture, education and tourism.
