The prices shown include bed linen, towels and the Cologne overnight tax (Kulturförderabgabe) of 5%. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.
The city of Cologne levies this tax on paid accommodation. Since 1 July 2024, it also applies to business stays. Revenue is used, among other things, for culture, education, social services and tourism.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price
Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking price
Flexible Booking Rate
You may choose our flexible booking rate for an additional charge of 10% of the booking price. This option allows you to cancel your booking up to two days before the day of arrival. The price of your stay will then be refunded. The additional 10% charge is non-refundable and will be retained even if you cancel within this period.
